Getting Started

What is ResearchEarn?

ResearchEarn is a research publishing, discovery and archive platform where users can submit research works, earn per research contribution, browse monthly topics, access approved works and subscribe to download full papers.

Who can use ResearchEarn?

Researchers, students, workers, experts, organizations and readers can use ResearchEarn depending on their account type.

Do I need an account?

Yes, you need an account to submit research, manage your profile, access research materials, view your submission history or access account settings.

Research Submission

How do I submit research?

Go to the Submit Research page, select a category, choose a topic if available, fill in your details, upload your research file and pay the submission fee.

What file formats are accepted?

ResearchEarn accepts PDF, DOC and DOCX files.

Can I submit more than one research work?

Yes. You can submit multiple research works as long as each submission follows the platform guidelines.

Can I submit after a topic closes?

Late submissions may be accepted, but they may be reviewed in the next opening cycle instead of the current one.

Review & Rewards

What happens after I submit?

Your submission is received and reviewed by the ResearchEarn team. You will be notified when the status changes. If selected, you will be credited within 48 hours.

What do submitted, approved, shortlisted and selected mean?

Submitted means your work has been received. Approved means it passed review. Shortlisted means it may be considered further. Selected means it may qualify for reward or special recognition.

How are researchers rewarded?

Selected works may qualify for available rewards. Reward amounts may grow over time as ResearchEarn expands funding and partnerships.

How will payout be made?

Where a reward applies, payout is made to the bank account provided during submission. The account name should match the submitter’s name.

Subscription & Downloads

Why do I need a subscription?

Abstracts and previews may be visible freely, but full research paper downloads require an active subscription.

How long does premium access last?

The weekly premium access lasts for 7 days from activation.

What happens if my subscription is active?

If your subscription is active, the subscription page will show that you already have premium access instead of asking you to pay again.

Account & Support

Can I edit my name or email?

No. Your name and email cannot be edited from settings. You can update other account information such as phone number, address, institution or work details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account from settings, but your submitted research works will remain archived on ResearchEarn.

How do I contact ResearchEarn?

Use the Contact page and select the reason for your message. Your request will be directed to the right department.
